Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases on nyxhqai.com are non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy.

This applies to all products:

• Built in the Dark (€19) — Digital ebook, PDF format
• Nyx Operating System (€99) — Digital package, downloadable files
• Complete Nyx Bundle (€109) — Digital products, all included
• Custom Agent Setup (€499) — Digital service, non-refundable once work has begun

2. Legal Basis (EU Consumers)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), Article 16(m), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium when:

• Performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent, and
• The consumer has acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal

At checkout, you will be required to confirm both conditions before payment is processed. Once this confirmation is given and access is delivered, the right of withdrawal is waived and no refund can be issued.

3. Exceptions

We will only issue a refund in the following circumstances:

• Non-delivery: You were charged but never received access or a download link, and we cannot resolve this within 48 hours of your report
• Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error

Changed your mind, didn't read the description carefully, or the content didn't meet personal expectations — these are not grounds for a refund.

Filing a chargeback for a product you have received access to is considered fraud. We retain records of all access logs and delivery confirmations and will contest fraudulent chargebacks with full documentation.
