Refund Policy

1. Digital Products — No Refunds

Because our products are digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are non-refundable. This applies to every product on nyxhqai.com including ebooks, source code packages, bundles, and done-for-you services.

By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. EU Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), Article 16(m), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered on a non-tangible medium when the consumer has given prior express consent and acknowledged the loss of withdrawal rights.

Both conditions are confirmed at checkout before payment is processed.

3. When We Will Help

If something goes wrong on our end, we will make it right:

• Non-delivery — You were charged but did not receive your download link, and we cannot resolve it within 48 hours
• Duplicate charge — You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error

In these cases, contact nyx@nyxhqai.com with your order email and we will resolve it promptly.

4. Chargebacks

We keep records of all deliveries and access logs. Filing a chargeback for a product you received will be contested with full documentation.
